Review and Export Results

After a batch completes you can inspect the extracted text and export it for use in other systems. This page explains how to review results and download the output.

Review the Results

1. Open the processed batch inside your project.
2. Select the Results tab to view the extracted text page by page.
3. Compare the highlighted source image with the text and fix any recognition errors.
4. Edits are saved automatically and will be reflected when you export.

Export the Data

1. In the results view, click the Export button in the upper-right corner.
2. Choose an output format (CSV, JSON, Markdown, etc.).
3. Specify the scope (all pages or selected pages) and click Download.
4. A file in the chosen format is generated and offered for download in your browser.

Tips

• If accuracy is low, consider enabling preprocessing options (rotation correction, noise removal) in the batch settings and running it again.
• You can customize export templates in the project settings, including header fields and column order.
• For system integrations, generate an API key and use the Webhook integration to automate delivery.
